    We had a great time with our group of friends! the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. the room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. the staff went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. We also loved the facilities like the gym and the executive lounge on the top floor.

    The language barrier was a bit challenging, but we managed to communicate with the staff.

    Free parking was provided to the guests. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Jingdu he Shi Wu that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Handy base for your vacations in Shenzhen.

    Got a great deal for the price, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The hotel had an executive lounge which offered a decent selection of food and drink. The location was central, and easy to get around from.

    Sadly, the cleanliness was not up to par, as there were multiple mice sightings in the room during my stay. The staff did not seem knowledgeable on how to handle this and didn't take the appropriate actions.

    This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities. the room advantages were impressive: a comfortable king size bed and upscale mini-bar. We felt like VIPs when using the private facilities. the service was top-notch, staff going above and beyond to help out. the Bar/Lounge area is also a special highlight, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a drink. the location advantages made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

    The minor downside we experienced was the language barrier with some of the staff. While most employees managed to communicate well in English, a few struggled to understand us.

    Spent my New Year's Eve at a new and modern hotel. the king-size bed was huge and comfortable, and the cleaning team was doing an impeccable job. Despite the fact that most guests were Chinese, the staff managed to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. the hotel has many facilities such as an executive lounge and a variety of restaurants to choose from, which was very convenient.

    There was a small issue with the gym - it was too tiny for such a big hotel. Another downside was the spa, which was run by an outside company and we were not informed of the additional tips that were required.
